Hello, I’m Thomas Thai. As a health professional I aspire to continually serve and help others with every aspect of health and fitness. I believe that health is your greatest wealth. People who do not take initiative to better their condition now will eventually have to make time for it in the future when co-morbidities and injuries arise! 

I completed my BA.Spec.Hons. in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and then went on to complete my Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, Australia.

In the last 10 years, I have helped others achieve their fitness goals whether it is building muscles, burning fat, or recovering from injuries. I’ve worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and Physiotherapist in both Toronto and Sydney.

My experience extends to working with patients/clients in all fields of practice, ranging from cardio-respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, and geriatric health. My practice combines clinical experience with up-to-date research to ensure each patient is provided with education and treatments that enhance their psycho-social, emotional, and physical well-being.

What makes my skill-set unique is the fact that I’ve experienced many injuries during my years of playing sports and engaging in physical activity. I can definitely relate to how you are feeling! When I am not practicing, I like to swim, bike, run, play sports, travel, spend time with friends and family, and read.

I believe that having a PROACTIVE approach to rehab is the best way to go vs REACTIVE, where we can prevent major injuries from arising by simply moving. Motion is Lotion! My greatest fulfillment is helping YOU recover from an acute injury, and then taking your body to a whole new level, stronger than EVER!
